Perfumery order (Deliveries to Mainland China and Hong Kong only)

In accordance with the requirements of Universal Postal Union, International Civil Aviation Organization and International Air Transport Association, all dangerous articles such as perfumery products are not admissible for posting by air mail (including Speedpost) while licensed consignor** is available only.

As Sasa.com must abide to the Dangerous Goods (Consignment by Air) (Safety) Regulations, perfumery order can only be carried to specific regions under our dedicated consignor by using Expedited Shipping method. For Shipping Fee details, please click here.

International Deliveries

We do ship internationally. So you may shop for yourself or send gifts to your overseas friends and relatives.

We recommend courier services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of such a forwarder.

However, you are free to choose other shipping services or use whichever forwarder for the delivery. In case you wish to use a forwarder which is different from our own suggestion, please contact our Customer Service Representative by phone +852 2975-3747 during office hours or by e-mail: eshop@sasa.com.

## Since some of the customs authorities (for instance, UK, France, Germany or Spain) may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-6 weeks.

# For Standard Shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that limit, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will be notified all the tracking numbers by email.

 

Free shipping (not including delivery of Milk Powder)

Split order

If your order item(s) does not meet with the local regulation or requirement of the country of delivery, e.g. because of weight or total order amount, Sasa.com may automatically separate your order into several parcels which will be delivered on different dates to meet the requirement. You will be notified of all the tracking numbers by email.

 

Dispatch notification

We will send a Dispatch Notification email on behalf our forwarder to you after the forwarder has dispatched your order. The majority of our orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the payment is verified. You can expect to receive this email within 2 - 4 business days after you have placed an order. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order.

If you do not receive the dispatch notification email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the "Technical > Cannot receive emails" section for more details.

 

Delivery time

The forwarder that we recommended strives to provide quick and efficient delivery service to customers but delivery time may vary because of country of delivery, shipping method selected, customs issues, logistic arrangements, weather and seasonal holiday (i.e. Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter). If payment of your order received by us can be verified before 8 am on a business day, your order will be dispatched to our delivery service providers within the next two business days in general. Please note that Sasa.com business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8, excluding public holidays).
