Important Note for customer choosing "First-time Purchase" option:
Only after successful membership registration, bonus points and order history, including Order No., Order Details and Order Status, will be saved in your member account. Sasa.com does not authorize the resale of merchandise purchased through sasa.com. To protect you and to ensure that we are able to serve all of our customers, we have a limit of HK$6,500 / US$839 per order and HK$11,000/US$1,400 per week per customer. UnionPay (UPOP)	We accept UnionPay Cards issued by the China banks Payment on Sasa.com is secure. It is not necessary to provide credit card details at Sasa.com website. To make a payment through UnionPay, you are required to apply the online payment service with the card issuing bank before purchase at Sasa.com. NOTE: To make payments through UnionPay, the bank will charge your card in Hong Kong Dollar with a fixed rate at US$1:HK$7.75

For Credit Card payment (except UnionPay Online Payment order)
We only charge your credit card when we dispatch your order within 30 days. That means that if you cancel your order before your order is dispatched, you will not be charged on your credit card. In the case of any order amendment before we dispatch your order, we will only charge you the items that we have dispatched. Alternatively, credit limit will be reversed to your credit card account automatically after 30 days (upon the date of authorized transaction).

For Credit Card payment (UnionPay Online Payment)
We will charge your credit card once payment is confirmed. That means if you cancel your order, and in case of any order amendment, we may have to arrange refund to you respectively. Please kindly visit "Refund Timeline" for details.

In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, sasa.com screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card statement through fax or email to verify your payment, or our Customer Service representative may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

When ordering from sasa.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country or region in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Sasa.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from different countries or regions, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When you pressing “continue” to place your order, this assumes you have accepted the responsibility for the import duties and/or tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance. If you have not been able to complete this statement of the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to sasa.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

NOTE: As import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must comply with the laws and requirements of the country or region, we MUST provide the product value for the customs clearance. In addition, some of the countries or regions requested to attach the product details with value outside the parcel, thus, we will NOT amend the product value in any circumstances.

To comply with the tax laws and requirements from Australian Taxation Office, for order delivers to Australia, the price shown in website and check out page is GST inclusive.

After successfully placing an order, you will see a page thanking you for your order, together with an Order Number. You will also get an order confirmation email with all the details on. If you do not see either of these, there maybe a problem with your order. You can check '"my account > order history" to see if the order is there and therefore has been placed.

Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message on the last step. Please check the list of recent orders in "my account" before attempting to place the order again.

If you do not receive the order confirmation email, your email service provider or email software may have blocked our emails. Please refer to the "Technical > Cannot receive emails" section for more details.

Once you have completed your purchase thru Sasa.com, we do not accept any changes on ordered items and delivery address. For any changes on ordered item or delivery address, a US$5/ HK$40 administration fee is required for each change. Please note: Whenever you make a change of an order, the estimated delivery date will be affected. Once an order is being packed or dispatched, no change will be accepted.

We usually dispatch all orders within the next business day. If you would need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and specify your Order Number. A cancel order confirmation email will be sent to you. NOTE: Once an order is being packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department.
