answer: As a sasa.com customer you will be able to track the status of your order (except COD orders). Please find out the order tracking ID in "my account > order history > details > Tracking ID" and then check your order status.
question: Why is there no checking record /no updated information to be found in postal company's website? >> answer
answer: Postal company will not upload any delivery status information until the completion of customs clearance and inspection procedures. Thus, no record to be found when the delivered item is undergoing the customs clearance procedures. Besides, since information displayed in the “Online Inquiry” session is uploaded and updated by postal company in different network nodes, the upload time is slightly different for different postal companies as well.

question: How long does it take for the customs clearance and inspections? >> answer
answer: Customs clearance and inspection is required for overseas delivery from Hong Kong, it generally takes 3- 7 business days for the entire procedure (Actual time may vary due to different customs policies). Since some of the customs authorities (for instance, UK, France, Germany, Spain or Russia) may take a relatively long time for customs clearance and inspections. question: What should I do if the order has passed the scheduled delivery date? >> answer
answer: If the order has passed the scheduled delivery date, we suggest that you should check for the latest update from the corresponding postal website. Since most of the postal websites only provide order status information of Expedited Shipping and limited information is provided for those with Standard Shipping. It is suggested that you should try to reach the local post offices for the delivery enquiry.

If you want to check the order payment status, please login “My Account” and check the Payment Status” in “Order History”. question: What is the meaning of “Verifying Transaction Record” displayed in the order status in My Account? >> answer
answer: “Verifying Transaction Record” means the system is verifying the transaction record for your purchase. Once the verification process is completed, the order status will be automatically updated to “To be packed”. For individual cases that fail to pass the verification process, an email with “Verifying Payment” will be issued to you, requesting you to submit corresponding information.
question: I receive an email with “Verifying Payment”, what does that mean? >> answer
answer: In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, sasa.com screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. answer: The majority of our orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the payment is verified. For individual cases, an email with “Verifying Payment” will be issued, requesting you to submit corresponding information. If the product you ordered is out of stock, our Customer Service representative will notify you by email with “Awaiting Stock” message for further arrangement.
