Furthermore, in view of the Government's announcement on the special work arrangements for government employees as well as the instructions on suspension of most of the counter services so as to reduce the flow of people and social contacts in the community, Hongkong Post announced the arrangements on Hongkong Post services from July 20 to 26. 2020-01-29 Sasa.com Customer Service Center will be temporary closed

Due to serious outbreak of the “Wuhan coronavirus” and to strengthen the prevention control, On 29th Jan, the China government strongly suggests the public not to return to the office to minimize the spreading of the disease. In this regard, the Sasa.com Customer Service Center will be temporary closed from 31st Jan to 9th Feb 2020. Hongkong Post announced on December 10 that, as advised by the postal administration of Australia, the hazardous air quality in Sydney caused by bushfires is affecting the operation of Sydney's mail processing centre, thus resulting in delays for all mail delivery services (including Speedpost Service) to New South Wales (postcodes 2000-2999) and nearby areas.
